Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment in order to transfer deposit to another appointment. All deposits are non-refundable
Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
Same-day cancellations or failure to show up for your appointment will result in the full service amount being charged or required before booking any future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, depending on the schedule for the day. In this case, the deposit will still be forfeited.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours notice. The deposit can be transferred to the new appointment date.
To maintain a calm and efficient environment, no extra guests or children are permitted during appointments unless they are receiving a service. Please arrive alone. Anyone accompanying you may be asked to wait outside or the appointment may be rescheduled.
